1. Getting Started


1.1 Sign In
If you already have an account, please sign in using your current username and password and then follow the instructions to continue your application. If this is the first time you have logged in after finishing the registration process, you will be redirected to the below screen. Click on ‘Begin Application’ button to move forward with your application.

If you have logged in after already entering details in your application previously, you will be redirected to the below screen. Click on ‘Supplier Registration_Current’ link to move forward with your application.

Note: If you already have an existing account with us, but this is your first time in the new portal, you will see the below screen after sign in. Click on the ‘Complete re-registration’ button as shown below. You will be redirected to complete the registration process where you have to fill in a few details before you can proceed with your application. Please follow the instructions by clicking here.

1.2.1 New User? Create an account
If you are a new user and have never been registered in our Supplier Registration, please follow the below steps. Click on the link ‘Create an account’ on the home page. See highlighted area in below screen. You will be redirected to the registration page.

1.2.2 Terms and Conditions
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before continuing with the registration process. On this page, enter your electronic signature (authorized person's name) and title (authorized person’s organization title) before clicking ‘Next’ button.
Note: Presently, our Supplier Registration is designed for US businesses; therefore, you will only see 'United States' in country selection.

1.2.3 Business Details
Please enter the details of your business on this page. Ensure that the full legal business name is entered correctly. Also enter the employer identification number (EIN), or if it is not available, enter the last 4 digits of the applicant's SSN number.

Important: Please enter the exact full legal business name that you have on file. Your application will not be approved if the full legal business name has not been entered accurately. If you are shown an error stating that your full legal business name has already been registered, please check if you already have an application on file with us. If that is the case, go to the home page and sign in using your existing credentials. You will be redirected to re-registration screen once you sign in. If you are not able to sign in, please contact us by clicking here.

1.2.4 Contact Information
Please enter the information which can be used to contact you. Select the appropriate country code and enter your phone number. If required, enter your extension.

1.2.5 Security Questions
Please select any two security questions and enter the answers corresponding to each question. These answers will be required for verification purposes in case the password is forgotten and has to be reset. The answers can be changed after finishing the registration process by signing back in to your profile by accessing the link ‘Profile Setting’.

1.2.6 Registration Information
The information you enter on this page will enable you to access our Supplier Registration. Please make sure to enter the correct/active email address which you have access to (we will be sending a confirmation email and other notifications on this email). The recovery email should also be an email address which you have access to. The recovery email address will be used for verification purposes if the username is forgotten and needs to be recovered. The password entered on this page should be secure and should also match the rules which appear once you start typing in the box.
Click on the ‘Complete Registration’ button to complete the registration process. You will shortly receive an email on your email address which you've entered in the username area with a link of confirmation. Once confirmed, please sign-in to the system with your username and password.

1.3.1 Recover username or password
If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the link ‘Forgot username or password?’ on home page. See highlighted area in below screen. You will be redirected to the recovery page.

1.3.2 Forgot Username
If you have forgotten your username, select the first option on the recovery page and enter your recovery email as shown below. An email will be sent to your recovery email address containing the details regarding your username.

1.3.3 Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, select the second option on the recovery page and enter your username as shown below. By clicking the ‘Validate email’ button, you will be prompted to enter the answers to your security questions. On successful submission of the answers, you will receive a link to reset your password on your email address.

1.3.4 Forgot Username and password
If you have forgotten both your username and password, select the third option on the recovery page and enter your Company name and other details as shown below. It is important to enter the exact company name entered at registration, otherwise you will not be able to submit the request.

2.1 Type of Services
Please select the types of services/goods that your business provides on this page. If you have an opportunity/agreement number, please mention it in the field for the appropriate question.

Once you have entered the correct information, please click on ‘Save and Next’ to mark this section as completed and move to the next section. If you want to partially save the information for this section without validating it, please click on ‘Save and Exit’.

This section's details can be converted to a PDF by clicking on the ‘Print’ button. The ‘Print All’ button generates a PDF of all the sections' details. You will see these buttons present on all the sections.

2.2 Small Business
If your business is not certified as a small/disadvantaged business on a federal, state, or local level, please select the appropriate value in the dropdown and click on ‘Save and Next’ to mark this section as completed and move to the next section.

If your business is certified as a small/disadvantaged business on a federal, state, or local level, please select ‘Yes’ in the dropdown. You will have to enter the details of the certifications in the appropriate sections. To enter values for ‘Certified under one or more state unified certification programs’ or ‘State small business certifications’, select the appropriate value from the dropdown for a particular row and click on the ‘Save’ link for that row. To add a new row, please click on the ‘Add new record’ button.

2.3 Business Name
Please verify that you have entered the correct full legal business name in this section before submitting your application. You are required to upload proof that your business is actively registered in its state of incorporation/formation by clicking on the ‘Upload file’ button.* Also upload a W-9 or W-8 document by clicking on the ‘Upload file’ button.

*This is not required if you are a sole proprietorship using a fictitious name in a jurisdiction that does not require the registration of fictitious names.

Once you have entered the correct information, please click on ‘Save and Next’ to mark this section as completed and move to the next section.

2.4 Business Contacts
Please enter the information which can be used to contact you. Contact details have to be mentioned in all the tabs shown on the page. You will have to enter the details of the main headquarters of your business and also the contact for payments.

Once you have entered the correct information, please click on ‘Save and Next’ to mark this section as completed and move to the next section.

2.5 Business Information
Please enter the details regarding your business on this page. Based on your answers to the multiple choice questions, you would have to enter the details in the fields which appear. You are required to enter the disciplines which best describe the services/goods offered by your organization. To enter values in the ‘disciplines’ section, select the appropriate value from the dropdown for a particular row and click on the ‘Save’ link for that row. To add a new row, please click on the ‘Add new record’ button.

If your organization has the required licenses/permits to provide the services/goods that it offers, select yes in the dropdown and enter the relevant details in the fields which appear on the page.

Once you have entered the correct information, please click on ‘Save and Next’ to mark this section as completed and move to the next section.

2.6 Business Integrity
Please read carefully and enter the correct information on this page. Based on your answers to the multiple choice questions, you would have to enter the details in the fields which appear. You are required to agree to the Third Party Code of Conduct and also to read the Title VI Policy before proceeding with your application.

2.7 Insurance
Please enter your insurance details on this page and upload the certificate by clicking on the ‘Upload file’ button. Insurance details have to be mentioned in all the tabs shown on the page. If you do not have the specified insurance, submit a waiver request for the same by clicking on the ‘Click here to request a waiver’ button.

Once you have entered the correct information, please click on ‘Save and Next’ to mark this section as completed and move to the next section.

2.8 Financial Information
Please enter your business' financial information on this page. If your business has an audited overhead rate, specify the public agency/agencies/CPA firm. You are required to enter your annual revenue details for the past three years. To enter values in the ‘annual revenue’ section, select the appropriate value from the dropdown for a particular row and click on the ‘Save’ link for that row. To add a new row, please click on the ‘Add new record’ button. If your business has not been established long enough to have data for the past three years, please enter the most recent year and select the appropriate option from the dropdown as shown below.

Once you have entered the correct information, please click on ‘Save and Next’ to mark this section as completed and move to the next section.

2.9 Safety
Please enter the measures which you take to ensure safety in your organization and the person who should be contacted regarding this. Based on your answers to the multiple choice questions, you would have to enter the details in the fields which appear. If you anticipate performing field work for WSP and are not OSHA 18001 certified or ISO 45001 certified, you are required to enter the historical safety information for the last three years. To enter values in the ‘Historical Safety Chart’ section, enter the appropriate values for a particular row and click on the ‘Save’ link for that row. To add a new row, please click on the ‘Add new record’ button. If your business has not been established long enough to have data for the past three years, please enter the year for which data is missing and enter zeroes.

2.10 Quality
If your company has a quality program, please upload the ISO90001: 2008 certification or quality control plan for your projects. If your company does not have a quality program, you are required to enter the details of the person responsible for quality.

2.11 Ready to Submit
Once you have completed entering the details in each section, please acknowledge the certification statement by clicking on the ‘View Certification Statement’ link and entering your electronic signature (authorized person name, initials, etc.) and title (authorized person’s organization title). You can enter additional comments in the box provided.
You can verify the details entered in each section by using the navigation bar on the left side of the page. Once you are satisfied that the entered information is correct, click on the ‘Submit’ button to submit your application.

On successful submission of your application you will get a confirmation as shown below. The application is now in review and you will not be able to edit the details until it has been approved or rejected.
You will receive a confirmation email on your email address once your application has been approved or rejected in the system.
